3: Inspection of water system
1. Check whether the cooling water and chilled water pipes are washed clean, whether there are sundries in the cooling tower, pool and other parts connected with the outside world, and ensure that there are no impurities and foreign matters in the storage.
2. Check whether the connection between the pressure gauge and the thermometer at the water side is correct. The pressure gauge should be installed 90 ° vertically with the water pipe. The thermometer should be installed so that its temperature sensing probe is directly inserted into the water pipe.
3. Check whether the flow switch at the chilled/cooling water outlet side is correctly installed, and confirm that the flow switch and the control cabinet are correctly wired.
4. Inch the chilled water and cooling water pumps and check the rotation direction of the pumps. The correct rotation direction of the water pump should be clockwise, otherwise please retest the water pump wiring.
5. Turn on the chilled water and cooling water pumps to circulate the water. Check the water pipe for leakage, obvious water leakage and dripping.
6. Test run the chilled water and cooling water pumps. Observe whether the water pressure is stable. Observe the pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the water pump. When the water pressure is stable, the readings of the pressure gauge and the difference between the inlet and outlet pressures change slightly. Observe whether the running current of the water pump is within the range of its rated running current. If the difference with the rated value is too large, check whether the resistance of the system is too large. Remove the system fault until the actual running current meets the requirements.
7. Check whether the water make-up device of the cooling tower/expansion tank is unblocked and whether the automatic exhaust valve in the water system can automatically exhaust. If it is a manual exhaust valve, open the exhaust valve of the chilled water pipe and the cooling water pipe to exhaust the gas inside.
8. Adjust the water flow and check whether the water pressure drop through the evaporator and condenser meets the requirements for normal operation of the unit. That is, the inlet and outlet pressure of chilled water and cooling water of the unit shall be at least above 0.2MPa.
9. Check to ensure that the cooling tower fan and other equipment operate normally without abnormal noise. Check whether the tightness of the fan belt is appropriate, and ensure that the connecting belt between the fan and the motor does not slip and has no abnormal noise during operation.
10. Check whether the air conditioning terminal equipment operates normally, and confirm that all water valves and air valves have been opened. The terminal equipment can be opened freely without abnormal noise, and the air supply range and wind speed meet the design requirements.
11. Check whether the PLC program and electrical components work normally. When they are powered on normally, the indicator light of the control components in the electric control cabinet is green.
